Cadium from AEC

Cadi­um is a pro­gram devel­oped by AEC that enables automa­tion of script­ing and mass changes to CAD draw­ings, stream­lin­ing work­flow and elim­i­nat­ing the need for man­u­al editing.

The pro­gram offers fea­tures such as per­form­ing changes to mul­ti­ple CAD draw­ings at the same time and edit­ing draw­ing stamps with­out the need to have any CAD soft­ware installed. It is par­tic­u­lar­ly use­ful for users who want to auto­mate their process­es and save time in their work with CAD drawings.

Multi­block allows simul­ta­ne­ous edit­ing of mul­ti­ple instances of a block by iden­ti­fy­ing and man­ag­ing its attrib­ut­es in a table, with sup­port for fil­ter­ing and auto­mat­ed sav­ing of changes.

The stamp mod­ule enables easy edit­ing of draw­ing stamps through a clear inter­face with sup­port for search/​replace, copy and project-linked changes.

In Cadi­um, you can run scripts with CAD com­mands across mul­ti­ple draw­ings, use a wiz­ard to man­age inven­to­ry, and take advan­tage of ready-made or cus­tom script tem­plates for tasks like main­te­nance, print­ing, and inventory.
