Tasks in a workflow can be automatically assigned by role with automatic, time-based escalation rules. The Task app gives project managers an overview of the current project status in real time.

The viewer supports more than 70 document formats. You do not need to have the software installed on your computer. Thanks to the unique 24/7 streaming technology, you can view large CAD files and BIM models in just a few seconds.
Version history and change management
Ensure that all users have access to the latest version of each document. Bricsys® 24/7 keeps track of file versions and logs changes, uploads and downloads.
Managing metadata
Document folders can be configured to automatically request the necessary metadata when transferring documents. The data can be used to search and organise documents.
