1 Company information
PROCAD Systems AB (organisation number 556194-4991) has its registered office in Västerås. The company's postal address is Transformatorgatan 2, 721 37 Västerås.

2 Order
Once you have finalised your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all the information about the products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately by e-mail to order@procadsystems.com.
3 Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are dispatched at the earliest on the first non-working day. Software is delivered by downloading to the customer's computer. If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you can contact us by e-mail: order@procadsystems.com.
4 Payment
Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Payment is made by invoice or, by agreement, also by card payment/bank transfer. In case of late payment, we are entitled to charge penalty interest according to the Interest Act as well as statutory reminder fee and collection fee, including collection costs. All products belong to PROCAD Systems AB until full payment has been made.
5 Prices
All prices in the webshop are stated in SEK and all prices are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
5.1 Quote and order
A written offer is valid for 30 days from the date of the offer, unless otherwise stated in the offer. An agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into when the recipient of the quotation ("Client") has accepted the quotation and subsequently received the Order Confirmation from PROCAD Systems AB. ("Client") has a responsibility to carefully check that the Order Confirmation is correct and immediately notify PROCAD Systems AB in case it contains errors, however, no later than within 3 days from receipt of the Order Confirmation.
("Client") shall, in connection with the acceptance of the offer, state the e-mail address, postal address or e-invoice to which ("Client") wishes PROCAD Systems AB to send invoices and other messages.
5.2 Complaints and grievances
Regarding the warranty conditions, the conditions of our respective suppliers apply.
("Customer") must always contact us for authorisation before returning a defective product. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered to order@procadsystems.com.
5.3 Consumer protection legislation (individuals)
We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the fault free of charge.
5.4 What is your complaint procedure? (private individuals)
Any faults and defects should always be reported to order@procadsystems.com stating your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the fault.
If we fail to rectify the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We pay for return shipping in case of authorised complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the General Complaints Board, see www.arn.se.
6 Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any indirect damage that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept any responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is assumed for any changes to products/product characteristics changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
7 Scheduled and customised courses
7.1 Withdrawals
Any cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 working days before the start of the course. In case of later cancellation without a medical certificate, the full course fee will be charged.
7.2 Setting up a scheduled course
We reserve the right to cancel a course with too few registrations. This will be communicated at least five working days before the start of the course.
8 Product information
We reserve the right to make any printing errors on this website and the final sale of products.
9 Amendments to the General Conditions of Purchase
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted when ordering or visiting the website.
10 Disputes and arbitration
If a dispute arises between the parties concerning the interpretation or legal effect of the contract of sale between the parties, the dispute shall first be resolved by negotiation between the parties.
If the negotiations are not resolved within 30 days, either party may request that the dispute be settled by final arbitration in Sweden in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act. In case of disagreement over the appointment of an arbitration tribunal, it shall be appointed by a judge at Västerås District Court.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
10.1 General Complaints Board (private individuals)
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties, you as a private customer can turn to the General Complaints Board, see arn.se. If you live in an EU country other than Sweden, you can submit a complaint online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
